How make reservation for hotel rooms

How many rooms can I book in my reservation?
If there is availability, you can book as many rooms as you require. If your reservation concerns more than10 rooms for the same type (single room, double room etc), we suggest send us an email with these details: number of rooms needed, maximum budget, your telephone number, the type of rooms needed and the destination. The group reservations may require different cancellation conditions from that specified on the hotels page.

Can I book a hotel room for day use?
It is not possible to book a room for day use. On our website you must book minimum one night. Meeting rooms and conference facilities cannot be reserved through our website.

How make a special request. For example: dietary needs, or a sea view, or twin beds, or room at particular floor?
Often the special details of the hotel are already described in the hotel page. For further requests you can ask through the "Remarks" box (making the reservation). Please remember that we cannot guarantee that the hotel can satisfy these requirements. When you receive your booking confirmation, you can contact the hotel directly to verify that the hotel can meet your request.

How can I know how many beds are present in the apartment booked?
On the hotel page you can click on "More information" by the room type. Usually this feature is well described, but if the information cannot be found here please contact us. If you have already made your reservation you can contact the hotel directly with the contact details provided on your confirmation email.
