Information collection
In booking a room online (in Hotel, Residence, or bed and Breakfast) you are asked to fill out a form with your data: name, address, email address, telephone number (mobile and office), credit card details (credit card type, number, CVC code, expiration date, credit card holder name), reservation preferences and smoking preference. These data are required to process, book and complete your reservation (before the sending you a confirmation email).

Disclosure of personal details
During our hotels reservation, we must collect the following information:

Reservation orders: as required by reservation system and by law, to completing your booking we will only disclose your name and the credit card details to the hotel with which a booking is made. These data are well protected from both the technical point of view that from an organizational perspective. In conformity with European personal data protection laws, severe security procedures are observed by our system to impede personal data misuse and not authorized access. Our servers are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access, besides there is an intrusion detection systems that monitor and detect not authorized accesses.

Reviews: by completing a booking, you will receive an invitation email to complete our guest review form which we will send to you after your stay of the hotel. This review can also be completed anonymously. By completing the guest review, you agree that the your guest review can be inserted at the hotel information page on our website. Our sole intention is informing other customers on the level and quality of the hotel service. We have the right to adjust, refuse or remove your review at our discretion.

Newsletters: if you like to subscribe for our newsletter, we offer you the possibility of ask this service. When you wish no receive our newsletter, you can simply click on the unsubscribe link or reply writing "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Protection of credit card information
Your credit card data are transmitted to us through a secure server protocol, which method use the method "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) to encrypt all your personal details and credit card data. Besides only limited and selected employees are authorized to access personal information for performing their duties. Furthermore, we use security procedures, technical cautions and physical restrictions for accessing to personal information. The details of your credit card will be kept by us up to maximum 10 days after the booking or the stay. After this period, your credit card details will be deleted.
