Where can I see the price for the hotel chosen?
After choosing the hotel that you want to book and the dates of your stay, click on "check availability". In this way you will see the prices placed by the side of the rooms available.
We travel with children, can we obtain extra beds or cots in our room?
We recommend to book a sufficient number of rooms for people to accommodate. If you do not find rooms available for all guests, then make sure that it is possible to put in a room "extra beds / cots" and that the hotel has facilities for accommodation of children. You can add this request by using the space comments the guest comments box. The hotel will do their utmost to accommodate your request and the additional cost will not be included in the total amount of the reservation. In order to ensure the demand and price, please contact the hotel directly, the contact details provided on your confirmation.
The hotel has the parking and how can I book it?
If the parking is available, parking and costs will be shown in the section "Hotel Facilities" - "Parking". If stated that parking is necessary to book in advance please contact the hotel directly. You can find the hotel's contact details in your confirmation email.
Where can I find the e-mail and telephone number of the hotel booked?
Once you've booked an hotel, All Global Hotels sends you a confirmation email containing all the information necessary to contact the hotel: email address, phone number, fax number. The address of the hotel can always be found on our website even in the top of every page of the hotel.
How to find the hotel’s telephone number and its email address?
After you have completed a booking, the telephone/fax number and email address are provided immediately online and on your confirmation email. The address of the hotel can always be found at the top of each hotel page. Please note: When you have completed a reservation, you can view, print, cancel or request a change by clicking on My Booking at the top right corner of our website and entering your book number and your pin.
I can cancel or change my reservation?
You can enter to My Booking page using one of these methods: 1) Open your confirmation email and click on the cancellation/change and follow the onscreen instructions to complete a cancellation or booking changes. 2) Open home page and click on My Booking, therefore enter your booking number and your pin. On your My Booking page, select My Booking Self Service and click on change to modify a booking or click cancel to cancel the room.
What does the price include?
In the hotel page it is the list of what is and is not included in the room price. All extra facilities or requests not included in this list must be arranged directly with the hotel after finishing your reservation.
When my reservation it is confirmed?
After a few steps of the reservation process you need to click on "make the reservation". If you see a confirmation page with your book number and your PIN code, your reservation is now confirmed. , It is recommended to write or print your book number and pin code for future reference. You can view your confirmation on the page My Booking, but you will receive also an email confirmation on the email address provided during the reservation process
